கொரோனா வைரஸின் காரணமாக நாட்டின் அனைத்து பாடசாலைகளுக்கும் விடுமுறை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள காரணத்தால், விடுமுறை காலத்தில் கல்வி நடவடிக்கைகளை தொடர்வதற்காக கல்வி அமைச்சினால் இணைய கல்விக்கூடம் www.e-thaksalawa.moe.gov.lk என்ற இணையத்தளம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதில் 1 முதல் தரம் 13 வரையான  அனைத்து பாடத்திட்டங்களும் உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அத்தோடு ஆரம்ப பிரிவு மாணவர்களுக்கு e-பாடங்கள் மற்றும் மேலதிக வாசித்தல் கையேடுகள், e-புத்தகசாலை, சிங்கள-தமிழ் அகராதி, பெரியார்களின் சுயசரிதை, வினாத்தாள்கள் (தரம் 1-11க.பொ.த.சா.தரம் /உயர்தம் கடந்தகால வினாத்தாள்கள் /மாதிரி வினாத்தாள்கள் ), பொழுதுபோக்கு அம்சங்கள் (கல்விசார் விளையாட்டுக்கள்/ பாடல்கள்), பிரிவெனாவிற் குறிய பாடங்கள், விசேட தேவையுடைய மாணவர்களுக்கான பாடங்களும் உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

முடிந்தால் நீங்கள் போகின்ற யூரினை அளந்து பாருங்கள். ஒரு மணித்தியாலத் துக்கு 25 ml யிற்கு அதிகமாக யூரின் போகவேண்டும். அதாவது ஒருதடவை யூரின் போய் நான்கு மணிநேரத்தின் பின் அடுத்தடவை யூரின் போனால், குறைந்தது 100ml யூரின் போகவேண்டும். அதைவிட குறைவாகப் போனால் உங்களுக்கு நீர்ச்சத்துப் போதவில்லை, நீங்கள் போதியளவு நீராகாரம் அருந்தவில்லை என்று அர்த்தம். அப்படியானவர்கள் நீர் அருந்துவதை அதிகரியுங்கள்.

கொரோணாவைவிட ஆபத்தானது டெங்கு. உங்களுக்கு வந்திருப்பது டெங்காகக்கூட இருக்கலாம். ஆகவே போதியளவு நீர் அருந்துவதை மேலே சொன்ன அளவு யூரின் போவதுமூலம் உறுதிப்படுத்துங்கள்.

போதியளவு நீராகாரம் எடுத்தும் யூரின் போவது மணிக்கு 25 ml ஜவிடக் குறைவாக இருந்தால்.
மூச்சு விடக் கஸ்டம், மயக்கம், உங்கள் உணர்வு நிலை பாதிக்கப்படுவது போன்றவை இருந்தால் உடனடியாக வைத்தியசாலைக்குச் செல்லுங்கள்.

போகும்போது மாஸ்க் போட்டுக்கொண்டு செல்லுங்கள்.
இவ்வாறான நோய் தீவிரமானவர்கள்கூட பதட்டப்படவேண்டாம். இன்னும் உங்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்டிருப்பது கொரோணவாக இருக்கும் சந்தர்ப்பம் குறைவு. அது கொரோணவாக இருந்தாலும் நீங்கள் இறப்பதற்கான சந்தர்ப்பம் இன்னும் மிகக்குறைவு.

முடிந்தவரை 119 அம்பியூலன்ஸ் அல்லது தனியான வாகனத்தில் செல்லுங்கள். மறக்காமல் வாகனத்தில் வரும் மற்றவர்களும் மாஸ்க்போடுவதை உறுதி செய்யுங்கள். காரிலே செல்பவர்கள் ஏசியை அணைத்துவிட்டு கார்க்கண்ணாடியைத் திறந்து வைத்துச் செல்லுங்கள்.

இற்றைக்கு நூறு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் இதேபோன்றதொரு மார்ச் மாதத்தில் தொடங்கி உலகையே உலுக்கிய ஒரு பாண்டிமிக் நோய்த் தொற்று பற்றி உங்களுக்கு தெரியுமா?

இலங்கை நாடும் தனது ஆறு லட்சம் மக்களை பறிகொடுத்த அந்த வரலாறு இதே போன்று தான் அன்றும் ஆரம்பித்தது.

மீட்டப்படும் அந்து வரலாறு எது?

தொற்று நோய்கள் குறித்து நாம் அஜாக்கிரதையாக இருந்தால் விளைவுகள் எப்படியிருக்கும் என்பதற்கு மீட்டப்படும் இந்த வரலாறு நல்லதோர் எடுத்துக்காட்டு.

அற்றை நாட்களில், குறிப்பான வகையில் ஆபத்தான ஒரு வகை நியுமோனியா நோய் தொற்றுக்குள்ளான பேஸன்ட்களால் வைத்தியசாலைகள் நிரம்பி வழியத் தொடங்கின. அதைத் தொடர்ந்து இந்த புது வகை நோய் பற்றிய அறிக்கையிடல்கள் மருத்துவ இதழ்களில் வெளி வரவும், உலகம் முழுவதும் வைத்தியர்கள் மத்தியில் பேசு பொருளாகவும் தொடங்கின. நோய்த்தொற்றுக்கு உள்ளானோர் மூச்சுத்திணறலினால் அவதியுற்றனர். இரத்தத்தில் ஒக்ஸிஜன் குறைபாட்டால் வெளிர் நீல நிறமாக மாறினர். இறுதியில் சிகிச்சை பலனின்றி, இரத்தம் கக்கிச் செத்துப் போயினர். என்ன துரதிஷ்டமோ தெரியாது நோய் வாய்ப்பட்டவர்கள், இறந்தவர்கள் என எல்லோருமே 20 தொடக்கம் 40 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட இள வயதினராகவே இருந்தனர். இதில் பெரும்பாலானவர்கள் திடகாத்திரமான ஆண்கள். உலக மகா யுத்தத்தில் சகாசங்கள் புரிந்து உயிர் தப்பிய இராணுவ வீர்கள், அல்லது கைதிகளாக பிடிக்கப்பட்டு வதை முகாம்களில் வாழ்ந்த எதிரணிச் சிப்பாய்கள் அல்லது புரட்சி செய்த பொது மக்கள்.

சீனாவில் முதன் முதலாக தோன்றியதாக நம்பப்படும் (ஆஹா இதுவும் சீனாவுல தானா!) பெயர் தெரியாத, ஊர் தெரியாத, கருப்பா! வெள்ளையா! என்று தெரியாத இந்த நோய் காட்டுத் தீ போல உலகெங்கும் வியக்க வைக்கும் வேகத்துடன் பரவத் தொடங்கியது. ஒரே சுற்றில் இந்தியாவை மூழ்கடித்து ஆஸ்திரேலியா மற்றும் தொலை தூர பசிபிக் தீவுகளை சென்றடைந்தது. வெறும் 18 மாதங்களில் மூன்று சுற்றுக்களில் உலக மக்கள் தொகையில் மூன்றில் ஒரு பகுதியினரை வாட்டி எடுத்த இந்த நோய் சுமார் 50 மில்லியனிலிருந்து 100 மில்லியனுக்கும் அதிகமான இறப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்தியது. சுருங்கக் கூறின் இந்த நோயினால் கொல்லப்பட்டவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை இரண்டு உலகப் போர்களிலும் ஒட்டு மொத்தமாக கொல்லப்பட்டவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையிலும் அதிகம் என்பது தான் இதன் விஷேடமாக இருக்கிறது.

முதலாம் உலகப் போரை தொடர்ந்து உலகெங்கும் மீடியாக்களுக்கு; குறிப்பாக பத்திரிகைகளுக்கு கடும் கட்டுப்பாடுகளும், தணிக்கைகளும் விதிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தன. இதனால் இந்த நோய், அதன் கடுமை, அதன் பரவல் பற்றிய செய்திகள் ; அதிலும் குறிப்பாக இராணுவ வீரர்களின் இறப்புகள் பற்றி செய்திகள் அரசாங்கங்களால் மூடி மறைக்கப்பட்டன, அல்லது தடை செய்யப்பட்டன. இந்த நாட்களில் முழு மீடியா பிரீடமும் வழங்கப்பட்ட ஒரே ஒரு நாடாக ஸ்பெயின் மாத்திரமே இருந்தது. ஏனெனில் உலகப் போரில் ஸ்பெயினின் வகிபாகம் மிகக் குறைந்த அளவே இருந்தது. இதனால் இந்த நோய் பற்றிய தகவல்கள் ஸ்பானிய மொழியில் பத்திரிகைகளில் தொடர்ந்தும் வெளி வந்த காரணத்தால் இந்த நோய் ஸ்பானிஷ் ப்ஃளு என்ற பெயரை தனதாக்கிக் கொண்டது.(யாரோ பெத்த புள்ளக்கி யாரோ பெயர் வெச்ச கதை போல). என்ன தான் இருந்தாலும் இறுதியில் ஸ்பெயின் அரசருக்கும் இந்த நோய் தொற்றிக் கொண்டதும் வேறு கதை.

மார்ச் 1918 இல் முதன் முதலில் கன்சாஸ் அமெரிக்க படைத் தளத்தில் கோரத் தாண்டவமாடிய இந்த நோய் எண்ணி ஆறு வாரங்களுக்குள் உலகெங்கிலும் பரவி பல இலட்சம் உயிர்களை காவு கொண்டது. இந்த நோய் உலகின் எந்தப் பகுதியையும் தீண்டாமல் விட்டுவைக்கவில்லை எனும் அளவுக்கு அதன் தாக்கம் இருந்தது. பெரிய பிரிட்டனில் 228,000 பேர் இறந்தனர். அமெரிக்கா 675,000 மக்களை இழந்தது. ஜப்பான் சுமார் 400,000 பேரையும் ,தெற்கு பசிபிக் தீவான மேற்கு சமோவா அதன் மக்கள் தொகையில் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பகுதியை இழந்தது. இந்தியாவில் மட்டும் 12 முதல் 17 மில்லியனுக்கும் அதிகமான இறப்புகள் ஏற்பட்டன. நமது இலங்கையும் அதன் மக்கள் தொகையில் 6% இழந்ததாக கணிப்புகள் சொல்கின்றன. இறப்புகளின் எண்ணிக்கை பற்றிய சரியான தகவல்கள் இன்னும் மழுப்பலாகவே உள்ளன, ஆனால் உலகளாவிய இறப்பு புள்ளிவிவரங்கள் படி இந்த காய்ச்சலால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களில் 10 முதல் 20 சதவிகிதம் பேர் (Case fatality rate) இறந்ததாக மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இன்றைய பேசு பொருளான கொரோனாவின் CFR அண்ணளவாக 2% -3.5% ஆகவே இன்று வரை காணப்படுகிறது.
